ROHM Awarded Gold Class in "Sustainability Site Award 2021"

On January 12, 2021, ROHM Co., Ltd. was selected as a Gold class company (Best Award: 5 companies) in the “Sustainability Site Award 2021”, which evaluates the quality of CSR/sustainability web content of 3,863 major Japanese listed and unlisted companies.

In order to receive a Gold rating, a company must meet the following requirements:
1. The site itself must be extremely complete with specific and comprehensive disclosure of each type of information.
2. Disclosure must be sufficient to meet the information needs of each stakeholder
3. The quality of the site must be exemplary for other companies’ web sites

ROHM was highly evaluated for the comprehensiveness of its disclosure information and the unified structure of its website, and its evaluation rank improved significantly from the bronze rating of the previous year.

“Sustainability Site Award 2021”
The award is conducted by the CSR Communication Association of Japan, a general incorporated association that conducts reseach and consulting on information disclosure in the fields of CSR / sustainability, and recognizes a comprehensive site that meets the information needs of multiple stakeholders in three classes: Gold, Silver, Bronze.
This year, 35 companies (5 gold companies, 15 silver companies, 15 bronze companies), which are in the top 1% of the total, were selected as advanced companies.
