Louisville, KY – January 29, 2007 – Leading storage building manufacturer Walters Buildings (www.waltersbuildings.com) announces it will be constructing its 25th model building for the National Farm Machinery Show held February 14 – 17 in the Louisville KY Exposition Center. As long-time participants of the show, the company sets up a complete model building indoors every year, to allow show attendants to examine firsthand the standard construction of a fully finished Walters building. In addition, the company offers discounted specials for all spring building contracts signed at the show.

The 24-by-40-foot model storage building will be on display at space #5006 in the West Wing of the exhibition area. “Walters Buildings is the only building manufacturer that sets up a complete, fully functional building indoors at the show,” commented Jim Rollins, KY Construction Center Manager for Walters Buildings. “2007 marks nearly 25 years that we have been exhibiting at the Farm Show in the same location, and this year’s building is particularly exciting. It features a lot of options that are ideal for a machine shed, garage, farm shop, or storage building.”

“Along with suburban storage buildings, our horse barns and arenas are also popular among show attendants,” added Brent Henschel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Walters Buildings. “Farmers and agribusiness owners really appreciate the ‘better building experience’ Walters provides, and the model building makes it easy for people to examine every element of construction. You can see just what you’re getting with a Walters building and even plan your own machine storage shed or other building with reps onsite during the show.”

The 2007 model building will be white with charcoal roof and trim, featuring a one-foot finished overhang, wainscoting, gutters and downspouts, two sliding doors, two windows, and a half-glass entry door. The building will be available for sale at half price, and Walters Buildings is also offering special pricing on all spring building contracts signed during the show. Representatives will be on hand throughout the National Farm Machinery Show to answer questions and design custom pole buildings to meet specific needs for show attendants. Dealer inquiries are also welcome.
