Suntory Group Notification Regarding Reorganization and Executive Appointments 2020

This is to notify that Suntory Holdings Limited will be reorganizing group companies and implementing their executive appointments.

Reorganization

Effective September 1, 2020

Reorganization of Suntory Wellness Limited

1. Reorganize Business Planning Department and Business Development Department into Business Planning Department and International Business Department which implement growth strategy in Taiwan and other Asian countries.

2. Reorganize Product Planning Department and Direct Marketing Division into Brand Strategy Department, Direct Marketing Planning Department and Customer Service Strategy Department.

3. Reorganize CRM Promotion Department into Contact Center and System and Fulfillment Department to clearly define role of each department and enhance marketing function by utilizing customer information.
