Sheila M. Drummer Will Deliver God’s “Message of Urgency” to the Crowds at the L.A. Times Festival of Books

Bibliophiles and other visitors at the upcoming Los Angeles Times Festival of Books should not miss Pastor Sheila M. Drummer’s book-signing session  The free, two-day public festival, which attracts an annual crowd of 150,000, should provide Pastor Drummer with an audience that would be open to learning more about God’s “message of urgency” to His churches, which is delivered through the author’s book, “My Vision of Hell: A Sacrifice for Others to See” (Christian Faith Publishing; 2019).
 
“My Vision of Hell” conveys a message and call to repentance to God’s people and His churches. The author talks about her journeys to hell, in the forms of “dreams of warning”, twice in 1992 and once in 1993. For months after her “dreams,” she was tormented and scared with the thought and vivid memories of what she saw, causing her to suffer sleepless nights because she didn’t want to suffer the same dreams again.

Pastor Drummer knew God wasn’t done with her. As many years passed by, she understood why God gave her the same “dreams of warning” where He took her to hell, and along with the said “dreams of warning” came her calling and newfound strength to write and share what she had seen and experienced.

Author bio
 
Sheila M. Drummer was born in 1963 in James Mill, AR, where she was raised. She moved to Los Angeles with her family in 1979 where she graduated from Lynwood Unified School District in 1981. She is blessed to be married to her husband of 38 years. Through their union, they have seven children and seventeen grandchildren.
 
In 1995, Sheila was called to the ministry in a small church in Watts, California, where she served with sincere dedication. When the church expanded in 1996, it was God who told Sheila and her family to move to Bakersfield, CA in order to support what would become known as Greater Lighthouse Community Outreach, Inc. While in her tenure at Greater Lighthouse, she has served as the Choir Director, a Sunday school teacher, and a community outreach liaison.
 
In December of 1998, Sheila was ordained and appointed as assistant pastor to the youth Ministry of Greater Lighthouse (dba The Blessing Corner Ministries) where she still serves today. For the past 22 years, she has ministered the love of Jesus Christ to the lives of thousands of children, adults and seniors.
