Aon Acquires The Farmington Company, a National Provider of Enrollment Solutions and Voluntary Benefits

 Aon plc (NYSE: AON), a leading global professional services firm providing a broad range of risk, retirement and health solutions, announced today that it has acquired Connecticut-based The Farmington Company, a national provider of enrollment solutions and voluntary benefits.

The acquisition bolsters Aon’s offerings, particularly among voluntary benefits, consolidated billing, lifestyle products and provides additional human capital enrollment solutions.
