Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) has received the highest ranking for the fifth year in a row on the Disability Equality Index (DEI) ®, and is named a “Best Place to Work for Disability Inclusion.” The award recognized the company for its exemplary policies, strategies and initiatives that have resulted in measureable outcomes in disability inclusiveness in the workplace.

This marks the fifth consecutive year Northrop Grumman has earned a 100 percent score on the DEI for outstanding commitment and leading disability inclusion practices. In the 2018 ranking, the company was recognized as the Employer of the Year: Inspire Award for top employer in advancing its disability inclusion journey and strategies.

Earlier this year, Northrop Grumman was ranked 17th on DiversityInc’s annual list for the Top 50 Companies for Diversity.
