Elisa Is One of Europe’s Best Places to Work, and the Development Continues

At the beginning of the year, Elisa was ranked the second-best workplace in the country by the Finnish branch of the Great Place to Work Institute, and the latest assessment places Elisa among the top companies in Europe. Elisa came in at number 23 in the large organisations category on this year’s European list.

In making the Great Place to Work assessments, the institute places the greatest weight on the experiences of the organisation’s employees. And Elisa also particularly values the responses we receive from our staff through our surveys. This makes it possible for us to develop the right things.
