A Gruesome Past Reality in the Voice of Fiction to Be Displayed on Book Expo America 2019

Juri Vancans’ cutthroat suspense-thriller will have readers gasping for breath.

Author Juri Vancans, a survivor of the horrors of World War II, transformed  terrifying personal experiences into a cutthroat novel that will have readers intensely flipping from page to page.  His book, “Beyond Denial,” vividly depicts a murderous, gripping event in 1945 Nazi Germany to the shocking, mysterious conclusion on an Adirondack lake in 1978.

The book will be on display during the BookExpo book fair, happening from May 29 to June 2, 2019, at the Javits Center, New York City, NY.

The novel starts with a grieving Ben Steinhardt who is on the hunt for the killer of his mother—Hans Kroner, a Nazi war criminal and possibly Ben’s missing father. As the plot develops, Ben finds out there are two Nazi war criminals who possess the original concentration camp records.

When he forcibly takes them, the hunter becomes a prisoner. The protagonist must avoid getting killed, otherwise, the concrete proof that would put to rest the numerous attempts to deny the enormity of the Holocaust will become a forgotten bygone.

Will Ben be able to retrieve successfully the Nazi records or will he die trying?
