* Major European Utility Provider successfully concludes a comprehensive field pilot
* Broadband Platform improved to a “plug and play” solution
* Well positioned to win first clients for the Broadband platform, starting to create revenues in 2007

Petach Tikvah, Israel (November 24, 2006) – Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. (Prime Standard: ELN) announces today, the first of Electronics Line’s major target client, a leading utility provider in Europe, has successfully concluded a comprehensive field pilot for the broadband platform, the new security and remote management platform of Electronics Line 3000 Ltd. The utility provider intends to market the new platform under it’s own brand, called Home Safety.
After a successful beta phase, the field pilot was conducted over a period of nine months. In this field pilot, the Broadband platform was tested with five different internet service providers in order to assure the accuracy under lifelike conditions. The systems were tested for 5,496 hours, with the central control unit sending out 2,014 actions and the monitoring stations receiving 26,093 reports. Reliability was 100 %, not missing one single event report.
The three most crucial aspects of the system, reliability, communication features and server function were graded as “excellent”. Overall, the solution received a judgment of “very good”, with the only wish for improvement in the “ease of installation”.

“The test went very satisfying, as the reliability was 100%, which is compulsory for the launch of the product”, stated Yoel Lavian, VP Research & Development and CTO of Electronics Line 3000. “Moreover, the pilot demonstrated that communication speed was 0.5 seconds instead of 12 seconds in standard systems, which was one of the important features to our clients, because it gives highly sensitive security providers a crucial timing advantage. During the test, we choose to improve the ease of use for the installation process, saving the need of a long process for the router configuration. This was not easy, but turns the installation of our platform into a “plug & play” task, adding a lot of value to our solution.” Yoel Lavian concluded.
“With our state of the art, GSM-based Infinity Prime still in growing demands in the established security market, we look forward to open additional sales channels with our new internet based broadband platform. The client’s satisfaction with our new broadband platform, including the ”plug & play" upgrade, makes us very confident to successfully enter the market. In 2007, next to Home Safety we will first address a closed circle of existing customers, already waiting for the introduction of our improved broadband solution. Later, I believe, we will be ready to take the system into the global launch” Said Yossi Avital, VP sales of Electronics Line 3000.
