FrieslandCampina organic guaranteed price May 2019: 48.50 euros per 100 kilos of milk

The FrieslandCampina biological guarantee price remains the same as last month’s biological guaranteed price (48.50 euros), including a positive correction of 0.18 euros. The prices paid for organic farm milk by reference companies are expected to remain stable.

This month the protein value is 791.71 euros, the fat value 395.85 euros and the lactose value 79.17 euros per 100 kilos.

The organic guaranteed price applies to 100 kilos of milk with 3.47 percent protein, 4.41 percent fat and 4.51 percent lactose and is exclusive of VAT. The amounts stated apply to an average delivery of 600,000 kg of milk on an annual basis.
