ABIH® Announces Deadline for Endorsements and Nominations for the Industrial Hygiene Industry’s Impact and Lynn C. O’Donnell Awards

Nominations are being accepted through March 26th by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene® for two of the industry’s most prestigious awards.

There are so many current and past Diplomates who have made an impact and this is an opportunity to recognize their achievements.

The Board of Directors and Staff of the American Board of Industrial Hygiene® (ABIH®) are pleased to announce that nominations are now being accepted for the ABIH® Impact and the Lynn C. O’Donnell Lifetime Achievement Awards.
 
The Impact Award celebrates those ABIH® Diplomates who have made major contributions resulting in a significant positive impact to the practice of occupational and environmental hygiene. The Lynn C. O’Donnell Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates those ABIH® Diplomates who have made exemplary contributions to the practice of occupational and environmental hygiene that has culminated over a lifetime of work. The Lifetime Achievement Award is the highest honor awarded by the American Board of Industrial Hygiene®.
 
Nominees for these awards must be an ABIH® Diplomate (Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist® or Certified Industrial Hygienist®) in good standing or a former Diplomate who voluntarily surrendered the credential while in good standing. Award submissions must be received by ABIH® on or before March 26, 2019, to qualify. The awards will be presented at the ABIH® Forum during the American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exposition 2019 (AIHce EXP 2019) that is taking place from May 20th through the 22nd in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
