Petrofac Launches 2019 Graduate Programme

Petrofac, a leading service provider to the international oil and gas industry, has launched its 2019 global graduate programme as part of its commitment to supporting and developing young talent.

Since launching its graduate programme in 2004, Petrofac has employed 1,500 graduates, most of whom remain with the company and form part of its current talent pipeline. Now the company aims to enhance its already diverse workforce by encouraging graduates from across the world to apply for this year’s programme.

Applications are now open for positions in a wide range of engineering disciplines - including mechanical, electrical, civil and process - as well as in the company’s HR, IT and Finance functions. Interested graduates have until Monday, 25 February to browse the global opportunities available via Petrofac’s dedicated online graduate portal at: www.petrofac-graduates.com. 

Through the Petrofac Academy - the company’s in-house Centre of Excellence for employee and career development - successful candidates will undergo a four-year structured programme whilst working in the business. Alongside technical training in their chosen discipline, graduates will have the opportunity to develop their skills through on-the-job learning, often on live projects. Additionally, they will have access to support to create tailored development plans.
