XM Announces Nominees For Second Annual XM Nation Awards

Washington, D.C., November 7, 2006 – XM, the nation’s leading satellite radio service with more than 7 million subscribers, today announced nominees for the Second Annual XM Nation Awards. Nominated by XM’s programming staff with categories that range from dream collaborations to the best comeback of the year, the XM Nation Awards honor some of the most talented, emerging and established recording artists in the industry. Starting today, music fans nationwide can vote online at http://www.xmradio.com/xmnation.

New for this year, fans voting online for the XM Nation Awards will have an opportunity to write in their choice for select categories, including submitting names for the artist they would most like to see host their own XM show.

Online voting for nominees will be available on XM’s website at http://www.xmradio.com/xmnation until 12 midnight ET on December 4. XM will announce the winners on December 12.
