ReadersMagnet joins the Miami Book Fair for the first time

The independent book marketing and self-publishing company looks forward to creating a fine first impression at the nation’s finest and largest literary festival.
 
Founded in 1984 and originally known as “Books by the Bay,” the Miami Book Fair brings in hundreds of authors, both established and self-published, to discuss their works, promote their brand, expand their media platform, and, above all, engage with readers. The literary party also invites exhibitors and booksellers to display literature of many kinds, ranging from children’s books to comics and graphic novels, to the interest of bookworms, literary enthusiasts, and other guests expected to throng the event in large numbers.
 
The Miami Book Fair exudes a party and festival atmosphere that best reflects the city’s diversity and inclusion, which is why ReadersMagnet is eager to take part in the eight-day literary party. The company is more than excited to set up a booth at the weekend Street Fair and cannot wait to showcase their authors’ splendid works.
 
ReadersMagnet is expected to exhibit the works of more than 200 authors. Its exhibit will display a wide range of genres, such as mystery, religion, young adult, self-help, and biographies. The titles include:
 

• A Book to Inspire by Ammon Embry-Pelrine; an adult coloring book created by a clothing designer using kaleidoscopic shapes and interpretive intentions.
• Dreams Truths Secrets by Orlando Rivera; a story about a man who experiences a spiritual, personal transformation after a series of losses in his life
• Eternal Salvation “I’m Okay! You’re Okay!” Really?: A Biblical Revelation for Christian Discipleship by Russell A. Young; an eye-opening exposition on the topic of eternal salvation
• Over the Edge by Mae Kidman Aldous; a gripping thriller about one woman’s pursuit of justice after the death of her fiancé
• Poetic Parables by Alvina Y. Platt-Gregory; a book of spiritual poems that praise God and offer spiritual knowledge and truth
• The Face of Hunger: Reflections on a Famine in Ethiopia by Dr. Byron Conner; a memoir by a former medical missionary detailing his time in the famine-stricken country
• Redneck Debutante by Jenny Hammerle; the first book in the series of YA country romance novels
• Sometimes You Have to Cross When It Says Don’t Walk: A Memoir of Breaking Barriers by Lesley Visser; a memoir written by one of the first women to make a mark in the sports broadcasting industry
• Steve Hannagan: Prince of the Press Agents and Titan of Modern Public Relations by Michael K. Townsley; a biography about the long-forgotten “prince of the press agents”
• The Emerald Home Run by Steven Andrew Janda; a book written by a Christian author to explain parallels in baseball and the Bible

 
ReadersMagnet will also bring in a few authors for book-signing sessions. Confirmed to attend the Miami Book Fair for their separate autographing sessions are Pastor Ralph Mosgrove (author of Saying Thanks and Beyond: Is Saying Thank You Enough?; on Nov. 16 at 2-3 p.m. and Nov. 17 at 12:30-1:30 p.m.); Alexandra Besitka (Titanabet; on Nov. 17 at 12:30-1:30 p.m.); Lynda Bruce (The Gift of Sobriety: A Spiritual Transformation; on Nov. 17 at 12:30-1:30 p.m.); and Clarence Vold (Farmer’s Son Military Career; on Nov. 17 at 2-3 p.m. and on Nov. 18 at 3:30- 4:30 p.m.)
