About the Author
Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Kim Marie Mahfood graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She completed her master’s degree in Nova Southeastern University, Fort Lauderdale. Her rich and varied experiences took her into many different fields, from mental health counselling, export and import business, public relations and marketing to her current occupation working in the non-profit organization that helps the poor throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. Mahfood has travelled extensively. Her life is even made richer with the constant support of her amazing family and friends.
