BRF Homes more than 400 Contributors In Capinzal

The professional trajectory of 432 BRF employees in Capinzal was honored at a party that gathered around 800 people, including employees, family and friends, at Espaço SER BRF, on September 22. The initiative integrates the program Nossa Gente, Nossa História, organized in all BRF units in Brazil as a way to value the professionals who chose the company to develop and write a story of joint success.

In the city, 116 people were honored with 10 years of work, 142 with 15 years, 72 with 20 years, 66 with 25 years, 28 with 30 years, 7 with 35 years and 1 with 40 years. “We are one of the largest food companies in the world because we have employees with attitude and commitment. For me, it is a pleasure to work at BRF. I am proud of our size and strength. I thank all the honorees and remember that security is one of our essential commitments, so do not give up security, after all, there is a beautiful family that awaits them every day after work, ”says Lorival Luz, vice president director the company’s global executive.

“We are very proud of the program Nossa Gente, Nossa História because it recalls and tells the company’s trajectory through its employees, valuing the effort of each one that is dedicated to our business”, comments Evandro Proner, industrial manager of BRF in Capinzal . The unit’s oldest employee, Ivonei Baron, was the big honoree of the night. “I joined BRF as a production helper in 1978 and developed my career within the company. It was thanks to the work that I have achieved, and today I am the leader in the Materials and Supplies sector, a position that I have been working on for four years. ”

The party was attended by Evandro Hister, industrial director, and Hugo Urso, agricultural director of BRF. Our People, Our History 2018 has already been held in Marau, Videira, Lajeado, Faxinal dos Guedes, Dois Vizinhos, Itajaí, Campos Novos and Herval d’Oeste, Tatuí, Campo Grande, Manaus, Carambeí, Toledo and Rio Claro. The other cities will host the party in the coming months.
