Rekindling the Fire of Christmas Spirit with an Old Tale

A treasure find from the past brightens the present and the future

Miami, FL – WEBWIRE

Keith E. Gonyea livens up the Christmas spirit with his lighthearted children’s book, “Snowball: The Story of Santa’s Puppy”. The book tells a story of puppy that becomes orphan and ends up wandering in the forest for many days and nights and finally ends up in the North Pole.

Snowball: The Story of Santa’s Puppy” was a story born in the late fall of 1976 which the author used solely to entertain his kids. It was later auctioned to his box of “Keith’s stuff” and was rebirthed only after his daughter, Michelle, asked if he still had a copy of the story 30 years later. Having lost the copy, Gonyea completely wrote the whole story from memory.

Fill your heart with a youthful warmth this Christmas with Keith E. Gonyea’s “Snowball: The Story of Santa’s Puppy”. The book is for both young and adult readers and is available for purchase on Amazon: Amazon Page.

About the Author
Keith Gonyea has his roots firmly established in the beautiful State of Wisconsin. He was born and raised in the Eau Claire area and has lived in the Fox Valley community of Combined Locks for the past 40 years. Keith has 5 grown kids and two step-kids. The story of Snowball, in fact, was written back in 1976 to entertain his own kids when they were toddlers. There was no plan to publish it until Keiths’ daughter Michelle asked a few years ago if he still had a handwritten copy . . . so Snowball was reborn. Keith is a military veteran and a retired electrician. His beloved wife of 39 years Shari passed away on May 21, 2013, so Keith lives alone with his faithful little Shih Tsu friend, Tarkus. When he was younger Keith was a boxer, a skydiver, and he played rugby until age 50. Now for his relaxation, Keith plays guitar, keyboard, and golf, and has written dozens of poems for noteworthy family occasions.
