Sharon Jean Wiginton Shares Advice on How to Transition to Healthier Diet

Wiginton advised readers to get more rest and extra sleep, drink lots of water, spend more time in the sunshine and fresh air, and engage in outdoor activities can help facilitate the transition. The biggest part of the process, though, pertains to choosing and preparing the right foods. Readers will want to pay attention to the topic of food combining, which she discussed at length.
What actually happens when one cleans up his/her diet and adds high-quality raw foods? The body goes through a detoxification phase. Wiginton acknowledged that detoxing is not a pleasant work for the body but nevertheless necessary to get rid of all toxins.
