Glen Robinson Shares New and Exciting Stories in the second “The Wonderful One-Eyed Teddy Bear” Book

Glen Robinson definitely has quite a lot of stories to share about the wonderful one-eyed teddy bear. Inspired by his granddaughter, Kristi, and the stories he told about her stuffed animal family, he decides to publish these tales that he created for his granddaughter when she was still young. Through these books, he hopes to preserve the wonderful stories for Kristi’s future kids and grandkids as well as every child who gets to enjoy his stories.
 
In the series’ new chapter, “The Wonderful One-Eyed Teddy Bear: Kristi’s Favorite Granddaddy Stories: Teddy Gets a Car” follow Teddy and his friends on a whole new journey. One morning, Teddy wakes up with the idea that he is going to have an adventure. When he decides that the adventure would be a road trip in a car, he is reminded by Charlie Dog that he does not own a car. Teddy must find a car, earn money in order to buy it, and learn to drive it. With his hard work and the help of his trusted friends, Teddy was able to achieve his goals.
 
Find “The Wonderful One-Eyed Teddy Bear: Kristi’s Favorite Granddaddy Stories: Teddy Gets a Car” during the 2018 New York Rights Fair happening on May 30, 2018, through June 1, 2018. About the Author
After 40 years as a dental school Professor, the author retired; he and his wife sold their home and moved to North Carolina in order to be close to their Granddaughter, Kristi. Granddaddy and Kristi spent many hours together in the car traveling to school and activities, and she often said: “Tell me a story, Granddaddy.” The stories he told her were about the stuffed animals that were part of her “family.” The main character in all of the stories is Teddy, the Wonderful One-Eyed Teddy Bear. The stories were recorded on a digital voice recorder as they were being told. They were then transcribed and edited by the author and his daughter. The sole reason for this effort was to preserve the stories for Kristi’s future children and grandchildren. The stories were published in the hope that other children and adults will enjoy them as well.
