HBIS Rails Receiving CRCC Certificate

After three years of trail application and 250million tons of heavy load transportation, HBIS rails have passed CRCC certification and its 60kg/m(60N) U75V/U75VG rails are allowed be put to commercial application.
CRCC certification is the authoritative certification regime in Chinese railway industry. Since 2012, the state railway system has required all safety concerned rail road products to pass the CRCC certification procedures and the rails became the first products to in the list. A CRCC certificate is the absolutely necessary document of any rails to be accepted by any railway procurement.  
HBIS has already developed multiple types and brands of rails complying with Chinese national standard, Chinese Railway standard, European standard, UK standard and US Standard. The HBIS rails have received quality certificates of China Academy of Railway Sciences, TÜV Rheinland and SGS and procurement permission from Thailand State Railway for high volume supplies. HBIS also was the first Chinese steel mill to start the application of EU Standard Rail certificates, which is well known for its highest quality requirements and received the EU TSI and EN13674.1-2011 certificates accordingly. HBIS became the first TSI certificate holding steel mill in China and won the authorization entering the EU rail market.  The HBIS rails have been used in the major Chinese railway projects, designated lines and urban transit projects. HBIS has also exported its rails to Indonesia, Brazil, Thailand, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay and South Africa.
