On the show floor, attendees will have the opportunity to see and touch output from this innovative system

Fujifilm to demonstrate industrial inkjet applications at the upcoming National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders Show (IBS), hailed as the world’s largest light construction show, at the Orange County Convention Center, in Orlando, Florida, January 9 – 11, 2018.

Within booth number W7689, IBS show attendees will experience ‘Fujifilm Inkjet Technology’ innovations, including the StarFire SG1024 Industrial Inkjet Printing System, a piezo inkjet printer featuring Fujifilm LED UV inks; primarily supporting the construction industry by offering high-speed printing with configurable widths for printing construction materials, as well as decorative applications.

“We are excited to demonstrate the StarFire SG1024 Industrial Inkjet Printing System at IBS,” says Timothy N. Rosario, senior product manager, FUJIFILM Inkjet Technology. “On the show floor, attendees will have the opportunity to see and touch output from this innovative system.”

This system utilizes FUJIFILM Dimatix StarFire SG1024 printheads configured to meet customer’s specific requirements, and can be configured in widths of 2.5 inches to 85 inches, with up to eight printbars, printing spot colors and beyond with process colors enabled by CMYK. Support for up to eight individual product triggers is possible, allowing for each printbar its own timing.

The StarFire SG1024 Industrial Inkjet Printing System allows for product branding with monochrome or color graphics with instant change-over, benefitting supply chain with the potential to increase sales, and is ideal for printing construction materials and decorative applications, including house wrap; vapor barriers; siding; ceiling tiles; and wall board.

Additional highlights include:

  • World class FUJIFILM Dimatix StarFire printheads
  • Monochrome, spot grayscale, and full color
  • Up to eight printbars/colors
