“God Theories” Author, Ken Ungerecht, Follows Up With “Divine Principles”

The spiritual writer bridges the gap between science and spirituality in a follow-up to his critically acclaimed 2010 debut.

The book explains complex topics in simple language without the need for the author to be intimidating or preachy.

There is no stopping Ken Ungerecht from delving deep into the spiritual aspects of the human condition. Almost six years after his “God Theories” hit bookstore shelves, the spiritual writer from Minnesota published “Divine Principles” (Hancock Press, 2016).

“Divine Principles” is a captivating read about science, spirituality, and religion – and is equally thought-provoking and radical as “God Theories.” Kristine Morrie of Foreword Reviews labeled the book as “an urgent call to bridge the gap between science and spirituality in order to find solution to the issues that threaten the planet and our own survival.”

Drawing upon his experience and knowledge as an educator, electronic communications engineer and spiritual seeker, the author argues that it requires a new way of thinking to solve global problems – a new way of thinking that reconciles science and spirituality to allow a “determined and systematic search for important universal truth.”

A new way of thinking is necessary, the author believes. While he recognizes the importance of both science and religion in the search for spiritual truth, he laments the way people use these two tools.

The author confirms long-held notions that major religions adhere to mutually exclusive teachings that hinder cooperation and unity among peoples and that scientists pick and choose which possibilities or principles to believe it while leaving out the rest, especially the divine principle or possibility that there is a benevolent, omnipresent energy that is responsible for creation.

Through “Divine Principles,” the author hopes to remind readers that man is not created by chance alone but by a universal spirit that the brain is incapable of understanding at this point.

The author aims his book towards people who desire to increase their spiritual awareness and discover their place in the universe.

Ken Ungerecht’s “Divine Principles” will be displayed at the New York Rights Fair 2018, the first-ever copyright trade and licensing event dedicated to publishing, international rights, and licensing of content across all formats on May 30 through June 1, 2018 at the Metropolitan Pavilion in Manhattan, New York City.
