Fintech Company, Deserve, Achieves SOC 2 Type II Certification

Deserve, a credit card designed for Generation Z, has successfully completed the stringent Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type II examination to verify the suitability of the design and operating effectiveness of the company’s security controls.
 
Used by global technology companies such as Amazon Web Services and Google, the SOC 2 examination is fast becoming the industry standard for reporting on effectiveness of security controls. Deserve completed the examination without any exceptions, meaning that they were qualified the first time without requiring corrections.

SOC 2 examinations are administered by an independent CPA firm to ensure all findings are entirely objective. Meeting SOC 2 Type II standards requires enormous preparation, often including extensive practice, readiness assessments, and internal mock examinations.
