HUNTSVILLE, Ala., October 6, 2006 -- Intergraph Corporation (NASDAQ: INGR), a leading global provider of spatial information management (SIM) software, will report third quarter 2006 financial results on Wednesday, October 25, 2006 after market close. Due to the pending acquisition by an investor group led by Hellman & Friedman LLC and Texas Pacific Group in a transaction valued at approximately $1.3 billion, the Company will not host a conference call relating to third quarter results.
