Manuel Lawrence awarded Emerging Transport Professional 2017 at the ITEANZ Awards

Based in Melbourne, Manuel specialises in pedestrian movement and the experience of people in the built environment including complex pedestrian systems. Over the past 12 months, he has undertaken key roles in the design and assessment of a number of major metropolitan rail projects in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

Manuel was also recognised as an active participant and contributor to the growth and development of the industry as a regular presenter at professional events both locally and globally. He is also a key member of Arup’s Diversity and Inclusion committee, demonstrating a passion for building both trust and respect as well as promoting the importance of social equity within the Arup community.
