VSC Boosts Its Leadership Ranks with Hiring of Silicon Valley Brand-Building Vets Archie Chattha and Julia Konstantinovsky

VSC and Wareness.io today announced the addition of Archana ‘Archie’ Chattha and Julia Konstantinovsky to senior leadership. Both will support the agency’s growth in areas of strategic partnerships, client strategy and team excellence. Archie and Julia will join existing senior leadership to meet client demand across consumer and enterprise verticals, plus frontier areas such as AI, machine learning and robotics.
 
Archie joins as Partner and Vice President, a role honed over two decades in business, marketing, and investing. She will focus her efforts on enhancing VSC’s ecosystem of partners, venture capitalists, influencers and clients. In addition, she’ll work with VSC talent to perfect their executive voice, sharpen their leadership visibility, presentation skills, and ensure brand consistency.
 
An established business and community leader, Archie began her career at Sony in its music and family entertainment companies. She then moved on to oversee marketing, retail and strategic partnerships for Sony’s entertainment center, Metreon, developing out-of-the-box programs for global technology and entertainment brands. From co-creating Walk of Game, the first large-scale public installation honoring the luminaries of the video game industry, to developing a technology-driven entertainment test kitchen, Archie exponentially grew the breadth of relationships and value for Sony and its partners alike. In tandem with her corporate ventures, Archie is dedicated to community building and actively supports programs for children, women, and diversity.
 
Julia brings two decades of experience in tech PR, marketing and events to her new role as Director of Client Strategy, working across account teams to develop high-touch, sharp and needle-moving campaigns, cultivate senior management, and ensure the agency attracts and develops top talent.
 
Previous to VSC, Julia served as Vice President at Atomic PR, which was acquired by communications company Grayling in 2013. During her eleven-year tenure, she helped consumer lifestyle, financial tech, enterprise, health tech and retail brands gain media traction and become established brand names. She oversaw successful consumer media, content and executive visibility campaigns for brands like LinkedIn, Jobvite, Fiverr, Bebo, LivingSocial, Perfect365, and Build.com.
