Author’s Autobiography Proves Age Does Not Hinder Pursuit of Dreams

Frankfurt Book Fair is the biggest gathering of book traders and professionals in the world.  During the event held last October 19–23, 2016, Rosalie Contino was able to showcase her books. One of them was Born to Create—her autobiography chronicling an important career transition she made at the age of forty.

Born to Create is the first book in Dr. Contino’s repertoire. It accounts her childhood and life-changing choice to shift careers. She was already an established professional in the field of academics when she made the bold move of pursuing her lifelong passion for the arts.

In the book, Dr. Contino imparts the vital lesson of never giving up on one’s dreams. Her book has been an inspiration to many and continues to provide support to those who plan to change their careers as well.

Dr. Contino’s books are republished under LitFire publishing and have been featured in several book fairs. The Frankfurt Book Fair held at Frankfurt Trade Fair in Germany are their most recently participated event.

About the Author

Dr. Rosalie H. Contino has a degree in elementary education from Fordham University. She then earned her master’s degree in educational theater, and later, a doctorate in the same field from New York University. Apart from teaching in New York University, she also worked as a costume designer, costume consultant, and lecturer for productions and events.
