Henry’s Lock & Key Just Earned BBB Accreditation

Henry’s Lock & Key provides locksmith services in Austin. They have helped everyone from residential, commercial, to automotive locksmith service calls. Over the last couple of years they have established quite the following of satisfied customers.

This week they have taken the next step to solidify their locksmith business in the City of Austin by becoming accredited with the Better Business Bureau. Getting accredited by the BBB is not as simple as signing up and paying the BBB money. In order to be accredited the business needs to prove that their business is a leader in their industry and they need to prove that they offer outstanding services that stand up to the standards of the BBB.

“It is a long time coming for us here at Henry’s Lock & Key,” says Henry Haim owner of Henry’s Lock & Key. “We have worked hard these last several years to build our business and to establish our reputation. Getting accredited by the BBB is another step towards our goal of becoming an outstanding locksmith business in Austin.”

To become accredited by the BBB Henry’s Lock & Key underwent a long evaluation process which included an interview and editing their locksmith website to conform to the high standards required by the BBB to be a member.

“We finally got approved! Getting accredited has helped propel our business even further because of all of the help that the BBB has offered us. They really provided us with a formula for success not only offline in our business but online as well. Highly recommended,” says Henry Haim.

So far their Austin locksmith business has a rating of A- with a highest rating of A+ that is possible. The Better Business Bureau starts out businesses like Henry’s Lock & Key with an A- rating in order for them to earn their way to the top of the ratings.

When asked about the A- rating Henry Haim responded by saying: “We will get the A+ rating soon enough. We have done very well on Yelp and Google+, the BBB is just another avenue where we will be able to excell and spread the word about our locksmith services.”
