Author Henry Toledano first published his 23-chapter book, The Inheritance, in 2013. It tells the story of an Arab and a Jew who are forced to work together. The Arab has a son who needs kidney transplant and aims to get it from Egypt, while the Cairo-born Jew had inherited an important gold coin collection in Egypt, but isn’t allowed to enter the country.

The book features a list of the main characters and a word glossary to help readers catch on as they progress from page to page.

About the Author

Henry Toledano became the Associate Editor for Nassau’s local paper in the mid-1960s. Starting out as a book store partner, he is now in the business of selling Out of Print books on the internet. He has been in the book business for over 35 years now. Toledano is also a published author. Some of his other works are The Bitter Seed, A Sort of Justice, and The Turn in the Road.
