A Woman’s Personal Journey with Her Lord

In His Way is a personal account of Rebecca Duvall, which was written at a time when she experienced marital problems with her second husband. When her marriage started to fail, she learned to call on the Lord while immersing herself in volunteer work, counseling other women in their difficulties. As she cried to God for help, she experienced God’s transforming power through the faithful people around her who gave her the courage to face her marital woes and learn to forgive. 

Before, Rebecca was too hard on herself, and she had no religious orientation. Then, through her encounters with women in her volunteer work, she accepted Christ at the end of 2008. She realized that God is all she needed in her journey of life, along with the people in the church.

Duvall’s book was displayed at LitFire’s booth in the 2016 Tucson Festival of Books on March 12 and 13 at the University of Arizona.

About the Author
Rebecca Duvall is a mother of three and married to a retired deputy sheriff. She worked in various accounting positions until she decided to stay at home when her eldest daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy.

Since becoming a Christian in 2008, Rebecca has been very active in her church, being on different working committees. She also enjoys sharing the inspiring stories of others on her blog.
