Applications for the 2016 CIH® Spring Exam are Due February 1st

April 1st though May 31st is the Spring Exam window for ABIH’s Certified Industrial Hygienist® (CIH®) program.

We encourage those planning to take the Spring Exam to submit their completed applications soon to ensure all requirements are meant before the February 1st deadline.

More than 6,800 industrial hygiene practitioners from across the globe have earned the distinction of joining an elite group of professionals known as Certified Industrial Hygienists. For those in the profession who are ready to take their careers to the next level and join this exclusive group of industry leaders, an important date is less than two months away. 
 
February 1st is the deadline to submit a completed application to become eligible for the 2016 CIH® Spring Exam window. Each year, the American Board of Industrial Hygiene® (ABIH®) offers two exam windows: April-May and October-November.  Successful Applicants who have been approved to take the exam and have paid their exam fee can schedule to take the CIH® exam anytime within those timeframes. The exam consists of 180 items with 5 hours allotted to finish it. There is an optional break between the two sections of the exam.  ABIH® has contracted with Prometric Testing to provide convenient exam locations throughout the United States, Canada and in many countries around the world.
