(CYBERECORD INC (CYRD)), announces that it has applied for financial company license on November 30, 2015. This strategic move is to capture on the growing demands for oil and gas financing under the volatile commodity price and currency fluctuations.

On a balance approach, Kingsoon International Limited is set to diversify into specializing in financing in oil, gas and energy industries as well as tourism and casino/gambling financing to maximize its shareholders’ returns.
