San Leandro Laboratory Earns AIHA Accreditation for Fungi and Bacteria Cultures

EMSL Analytical, Inc. is proud to announce that its laboratory in San Leandro, CA has been awarded accreditations through the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA). Through the AIHA accreditation program, EMSL is in compliance with International Standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 policies and procedures along with offering high-quality testing services to clients and future partners.  

EMSL’s San Leandro laboratory received its AIHA-LAP, LLC accreditation for environmental microbiology. Under AIHA EMLAP, EMSL is certified for culturable fungal testing in air, bulk and surface (EMSL Method M005) and direct examination fungal testing in air (EMSL Method 05-TP-003.7), bulk and surface (EMSL Method M041). Also under AIHA EMLAP, EMSL is certified for culturable bacterial testing in air, bulk and surface (EMSL Method M009) and Legionella (CDC Method).
