About the Author
Nancy Singletary is the author of an industrial article entitled “What’s the Value or Earned Value.” She is the editor of Singletary, Herrin: Arthur’s Book and has an extensive experience in project management. She has worked for numerous government agencies and businesses on a variety of programs. When she retired, she taught at a public school in Florida. Today, she tutors students at her little bookstore.
