Terrorism. No one can tell it better than the people who’ve actually witnessed and lived this reality.

Terrorism. No one can tell it better than the people who’ve actually witnessed and lived this reality. Terrence Douglas is one of those people. His experience with the CIA has given him an abundance of hair-raising material for this book.

This is no James Bond. International Terrorism has no room for martinis. However, Ganymede has room for a trip around the world. This action-packed tale takes its readers for a stroll around the world. The action rushes through the streets of Beirut and Athens, and proceeds to terrorist training camps in North Africa, and finally ends in the streets of New York and Washington.

This gripping tale revolves around a terrorist plot designed to lure the United States of America into waging a war with ancient adversaries. Ganymede follows the perspective of several struggling CIA agents – a weathered case officer more comfortable in the field than in their Headquarters; an international terrorist who offers cooperation for asylum; and a businessman who stumbles upon the perpetrators of this horrendous plot. Their diversity does not only spice things up, their portrayal makes every bit of this story believable. These main characters were drawn from the CIA’s Clandestine Service, Israel’s Mossad, a Lebanese Christian Militia, and the Libyan Intelligence Service.

The omniscient narrator allows readers a peek into the thoughts of the characters. However, it never spoils the thrill and the suspense for the readers.

Ganymede makes you think about the kind of life Douglas lived. But more importantly, you will end up wondering about its truth. How much of it is true?

Take your mind off of the banal and trivial challenges that consume your everyday life, and satiate your adrenaline cravings with Ganymede.
