Catherine Ajike’s Long-Awaited Film On The Way To Completion

Very often the movie industry presents us with films that will either grip you or get you appreciating it after watching it.  “A Day With My Step Mum” is a DVD film that will have you following to discover through to the end.

Beautiful African Duchess, Catherine Ajike plays the character of Michelle, a 25  years old step mum to her 15 year old step-son Jason, who is played by an aspiring young British actor, who gives his step mum a hard time thorough out the entire film.  

The typical London set psychological prenatal and child relationship film is jam-packed with fun as the character of Michelle tries to get her stepson to come to terms with the fact that she was going to be moving in with his father. Through out the film many places and activities are explored in order to break the barrier, and a lot more secrets as you can imagine are discovered. Catherine seems to be emerging quickly into the film making industry. In her skillfully written film, the twists in the story makes you want to find out what happens next.

Upon getting a moment to speak to the busy entrepreneur, she explained how much she has been trying to film “A Day With My Step Mum” for the past 9 months, and it is a relief that the film is getting to a completion by next month in order for the DVD release the month after.  

No regrets on why Catherine said it was a pleasure as she traveled to Leeds during the weekend of the 25th of April describing the trip as refreshing.  As a former Leeds resident, she felt a relief in revisiting her past hometown. She said it was like going through that transition of untouched youthfulness, a nudge, a spiritual urge, that propelled her to come to terms with her past, to make the most of the trip. Yet, It was different from London but that is why she loves London because it is busy and exciting.

Catherine’s best memories on her weekend trip apart from enjoying spas was her waking up and dressing in her best and going to church. This is because she has a deep spirituality, and a deep rooted sense of justice due to her moral up bringing. The African Duchess admitted that the getaway was much deserved after she had worked tirelessly on her films. She has managed to web her production company Kate Angel Productions with a lot of films, but she is very happy she is finishing-off her DVD film “A Day With My Step Mum”.
