Successful installations yields additional sales in Southeast Asia

2006-08-31 - Teligent announces today additional orders from leading service providers in Southeast Asia, of approximately SEK 10 million. Installations and service launches made by existing customers in the region have resulted in further upgrades and deployments for Teligent.

Teligent’s patented telecom platform, the Teligent P90/E, is used in various configurations by a large number of leading carriers in the international telecommunications market, including BT, Cingular, SingTel, SMART, Telefónica, Telekom Malaysia, TeliaSonera, Verizon and Vodafone. The platform is recognised as a powerful tool for implementing services in public networks and separates network signalling, service execution and presentation to end-users. It conforms to the 3GPP IP Multimedia Subsystems (IMS), and is adapted for use in a wide variety of networks, from traditional fixed and mobile networks to the emerging market of VoIP based next generation networks.
