Cubic Appoints Harold Carlisle as Vice President of Technical Services, Mission Support Services

Cubic Corporation (NYSE: CUB) announced today that Harold Carlisle has been appointed vice president of Technical Services, Mission Support Services. He will report to Al Sargeant, senior vice president and general manager of the Strategic Solutions Group, Mission Support Services.

“Harold brings depth and breadth to Contractor Operations and Maintenance Services (COMS) to this position, having numerous leadership roles with increasing responsibility within our Cubic Worldwide Technical Services (CWTS) sector,” Sargeant said. “We look forward to his continued contributions to our company in his new leadership role with Technical Services.”

In his new role, Carlisle will lead all Cubic activity associated with COMS and Contractor Instruction (CI) on training devices and ranges, positioning CWTS for strategic long term success. He will also chart the pathway for talent management within his business area by providing training and mentorship on business strategy and profitable execution.

A 24 year U.S. Navy veteran, Carlisle most recently served as director of Technical Services, Mission Support Services. In 22 years with Cubic, he has held a number of lead roles within the CWTS division including deputy general manager and director of Navy programs where he assisted with the overall management of CWTS while supervising and serving as the primary Cubic liaison across all Navy contracts.
