Respected Denver Area New Home Builder, Berkeley Homes, Earns Top MAME Award for Project of the Year for its NorthSky Community at RidgeGate

Denver, Colorado, October 14, 2014 -- Denver-based homebuilder, Berkeley Homes, in partnership with Harvard Communities, was awarded this year’s MAME Award for Project of the Year, one of the annual event’s most prestigious awards.  MAME, an acronym for Marketing and Merchandising Excellence, is the Denver areas home building industry’s annual gala to honor top marketing and architectural achievements in the new home industry.  The event was held Saturday, October 4th at the Sewell Grand Ballroom at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.

The high honor was awarded for the Berkeley/Harvard NorthSky community in the RidgeGate master planned community, located in south metro Denver’s burgeoning Lone Tree area. “We are very pleased to have received this award for NorthSky,” says president of Berkeley Homes, Rich Laws, adding, “NorthSky is a collection of 33 great home sites on a dramatic hillside that overlooks Colorado’s gorgeous front range and the Denver downtown skyline.  We consider it the crown jewel location in RidgeGate.”
