GEO World Wide and GEObet Gaming Network Joint Venture on Tribes

London UK - Gerry Gionet, founder of the GEObet Gaming Network and the newly launched GEO World Wide, today announced a joint venture between the two entities to create a comprehensive set of tribal development opportunities.  Gionet said “We have said that the easiest path for tribal economic development is to embrace cyberspace as a business, through partnership with our GEObet Tribal Gaming Network.  Since early 2012 our executive team has met with Tribal leaders and individual businesspeople to facilitate their entry into iGaming. Over the past 3 years, we have entered into several agreements on cyber-economic development and iGaming, with the intent of competing with the major casino groups and European operators who are getting the jump on the tribes for market share.” 

GEO World Wide has risen out of the realization that cyberspace is an additional revenue stream, one of many that are open to the Tribes.  GEO World Wide brings opportunities in, including oil and gas development, resources, commodities, iGaming and green energy.  GEO World Wide consolidates all these revenue streams into a river of economic development for investors and tribes alike.   These individual revenue streams are directly tied to tribal lands and in cooperation with tribal peoples these opportunities are managed under the umbrella of GEO World Wide. 

Gerry Gionet cautions investors; “Not all tribal arrangements are successful so it is important to partner with a team that is actively on the ground and who understand the political elements at play.”   Recently, the GEObet iGaming Network restricted activities in Canada.  Approximately 18 months ago it supported the Saskatchewan First Nations in bringing tribally licensed iGaming.  However as time progressed, the previous agreements between the first nations Casino groups and the Saskatchewan government were a major road-block for iGaming development with the land-based casinos.  As a result, our decision was to pull back until the time came where the Saskatchewan tribes would wake up and fight for iGaming as a first nations right, similar to the fight for land-based casino operations that was successfully won in the courts in the early 1990s.  

Gionet further states,  “We have learned a lot from our times spent in the North American marketing outreach campaigns. We have built GEO World Wide as the home for tribal investment, and allow investors to participate in significant opportunities with GEO World Wide and Tribal entities in the US and Canada.
