Cybersecurity Experts See Peril for Hedge Funds

NYSSA group to shed light on SEC anti-hacking effort

The New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA) will equip hedge funds to defend against cyberattacks with Cybersecurity and Technology Risk for Hedge Funds and Hedge Fund Investors on Thursday, October 9.

The panel discussion will show how hedge funds can prepare their IT to mitigate cyberattacks.  Hedge fund cybersecurity recently came under scrutiny amid newly published SEC guidance for safeguarding investor data from online threats.
