Creative Electron Inc. Launches High-Quality Desktop X-Ray Inspection System

Creative Electron, a leading manufacturer of x-ray inspection systems announced today that it has added the TruView™ Cube to its growing line of made in the US TruView™ X-Ray products. The TruView™ Cube provides a high quality desktop solution for x-ray inspection of BGA’s, small LED/luminary assemblies, and surface mount devices. Ideal for process validation and process control, TruView™ Cube’s small size allows it to be near to where it is most needed.
 
Packed with a full set of exclusive algorithms, the TruView™ Cube has an amazing set of features with defect resolution down to 5um. The tethered TruView™ Control box allows for easy joystick controlled x-y stage movement. The TruView™ Cube features the award winning TruView™ 5 software platform and includes the BGA Inspector as a standard option.
