Kim Fitzsimmons Joins Chase Merchant Services as U.S. Market President

Chase announced today that Kim Fitzsimmons has joined Chase Merchant Services as its U.S. Market President.

Fitzsimmons will oversee all marketing, relationship management and sales activities in the U.S. for Chase Merchant Services.

Fitzsimmons most recently served as CEO of Cynergy Data. Prior to that, she spent eight years at First Data as the Executive Vice President of Retail Alliance Services and Community Banks and President of Independent Distribution for North America, where she ran a 3,000-person organization generating over $1.4 billion in net revenue, as well as CEO at EFS Card Services.

In addition, Fitzsimmons has been actively involved in a number of industry organizations, serving as President of the Electronic Transaction Association (ETA) and Past President of Women in Electronic Transactions. She has earned a lifetime achievement award from the Midwest Acquirers Association and has been recognized among the most influential women in payments by Bank Technology News.

Fitzsimmons joined Chase Merchant Services on Sept. 29.
