“It’s heartbreaking that these children can’t attend school because they grew out of their clothes… How can we accept, as a community, that even today, with all of the advancements we have made in technology and other means, so many children are still kept in this place of ignorance and abandonment? Something needs to be done, and it starts here - with each one of us,” said Angie Hooten-Hughes, the Agency’s principal.

Memphis, TN– With a new charity program in the Memphis, TN area, Angie Hooten-Hughes Insurance has teamed up with the Boys and Girls Club to support local kids who don’t have the necessary tools and clothes to attend school.  According to the organization, many kids could not start school on time because they grew out of their clothes and didn’t have appropriate attire to wear to class.  To support this worthy cause and help children in the area, donations are being accepted at https://www.socialply.com/campaigns/angie-hooten-hughes-insurance-no-clothes-for-school-help-us.

The agency just recently launched the master charity program of which the current campaign is part of, electing every 30-90 days a new individual, organization or family in need to receive their support.
