3. Become aware of your thoughts: Thoughts create things. Notice what triggers you to feel stressed and what trigger you to feel happy.

4. Breathe deeply: The breath controls the emotions. When you get stressed ask yourself “Where am I breathing?” and feel into your body where you are breathing.

5. Use meditation for making big decisions: When you have to make a big decision spend one hour meditating or at least contemplating the pro’s and con’s of what you are about to do.
