NeoSleeve Now Selling Their iPhone 5s Running Case On Amazon

NeoSleeve, manufacturer of jogging cases for iPhone, has today announced that their new iPhone 5 armband is now available exclusively on Amazon.

NeoSleeve vowed in their early months to offer their armbands through an online marketplace, and has today identified Amazon to be that marketplace. Amazon is the largest “e-tailer” in the world, with annual revenues at an estimated $34 billion, and they serve around 137 million customer per week — which is 33% more than the voter turnout for the 2010 elections. With their extensive reach, ‘one-click’ purchase system, and millions of credit cards on file, Amazon would seem to be the ideal candidate to host this new player in the sports accessory industry.

Despite NeoSleeve being an Australian company the new product is, however, only being offered on Amazon’s US marketplace at this point in time. NeoSleeve founder Ashford Thomas had this to say following the announcement: “NeoSleeve is only just getting started, and while we could try to take on the world, we’d first like to establish a footing in the United States market, where demand for our product far exceeds that of any other nation.” Mr. Thomas then went on to state that the company does indeed have plans to offer their product on a global market, but not in the immediate future.

With a host of additional features, when compared to similar products on the market, NeoSleeve’s new armband has a sleek, black design that snugly fits Apple’s iPhone 5, 5c and 5s, as well as the 5th generation of the iPod Touch. NeoSleeve has also promised that their new jogging band will protect one’s device from sweat even throughout the most intensive of workouts.

It is expected that with NeoSleeve offering their new product only on Amazon they will be able to better focus their efforts towards customer satisfaction, due to the relief of the stresses of running, marketing, and maintaining a self-hosted online store of their own making.

If and when NeoSleeve choose to offer their new iPhone 5 jogging case on a global scale it is likely that they will expand through Amazon’s own network; first reaching out to markets within the European Union, as this is Amazon’s second largest customer base. Although the company’s home is in Melbourne, Australia, it may be some time before NeoSleeve’s debut product reaches Australian shores. It seems that for NeoSleeve, and their growth as a company, only time — and revenue — will tell.
