Lowry is a great Denver neighborhood. We are proud to have built so many homes there, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to continue this success at Boulevard One.”

Veteran Lowry community home builders, Berkeley Homes and Harvard Communities, have teamed up to build two collections of new homes at Boulevard One at Lowry.  Both companies have long and successful histories at Lowry, with Harvard Communities having built 120 homes in Lowry since 2003, and Berkeley having built 50 homes in Lowry since 2007.  Both companies have strong reputations for building award-winning, innovative and high-quality homes in Lowry and other Denver metro locations.

Berkeley and Harvard have worked together on two previous projects, both in Lone Tree.  ParkSide, an award-winning neighborhood of 31 homes, was completed in 2013, and NorthSky, a collection of 33 dramatic homes perched on a hillside overlooking downtown Denver, is under construction.  Half of the homes at NorthSky have been pre-sold and two beautifully decorated, furnished model homes are now open.

Rich Laws, president of Berkeley Homes, and John Keith, president of Harvard Communities, are excited to be back in Lowry.  “Lowry is a great Denver neighborhood.  We are proud to have built so many homes there, and we couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to continue this success at Boulevard One,” says Keith.  “The homes we are designing for Boulevard One are really special” added Laws. “We can’t wait to show them off once design work is completed.”

Collection One, comprising 22 homesites, will consist of three plans, including a main floor master, and two, two-story plans.  The main floor master home will be approximately 2,100 square feet and will feature a flexible second floor, which can be configured with two additional bedrooms or one bedroom and a loft.  The two-story homes will range from approximately 2,500 to 2,700 square feet and will offer three bedrooms, open, airy main floors and great outdoor living opportunities.

The exterior styling of the homes will be fresh and exciting.  “We are working to ensure they are among the most energy-efficient homes being built anywhere, with solar electric systems as standard features,” said Keith. Collection One is being designed by award-winning architecture firm, DTJ Design.  DTJ is known internationally for their quality design and innovative approach.

Collection Two will consist of 12 homesites, all of which will front the new linear park being built at Boulevard One.  It will feature two home plans, including a rare ranch plan.  The ranch plan will be approximately 2,350 square feet and will offer incredible indoor and outdoor living spaces. The second home in the collection will be an approximately 3,300 square foot two-story, three- to four-bedroom home.  It will feature a dramatic open floor plan opening to a private rear yard and a generous patio off the front overlooking the linear park.  This collection of homes is being designed by Godden | Sudik Architects.  Godden | Sudik has tremendous experience working with builders in the Denver area and has a long list of local and national design awards.

“Design work on these new homes is under way,” said Laws.  “We hope to start building our first homes this fall.”  Regular updates are forthcoming and more information is available on the Berkeley Homes website: http://www.liveberkeley.comLiveBerkeley.com.
