Construction Defects & Mold - Key Components of Legal Battle Brought by Rihanna

Last month, the New York Post published a report about the ongoing legal battle that performer Rihanna has brought against those she feels are responsible for selling her a defective mansion in Beverly Hills.  The article states that in a recent deposition, the seller has said he informed the realty company of problems with the multimillion dollar home, but the company failed to inform Rihanna before the sale was completed. The singer has reportedly filed a lawsuit against the former owner of the property, engineers, inspectors and the property brokers for $8.5 million.
