Brad Lohrding to Present at Frost & Sullivan’s Executive MindXchange

MINNEAPOLIS – December 18, 2013Logic PD has been asked to present at the 8th Annual Innovation in New Product Development & Marketing: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange in New Orleans, January 12-14, 2014.  The annual conference brings together product innovation experts and executives to collaborate on strategy, best practices and how to drive value through incremental innovation. 
 
Logic PD’s Brad Lohrding, Vice President of Advanced Programs, will be leading an interactive breakout session at 3:20 p.m. CT on Monday, January 13th.  Participants in this session, “Innovate with Design Thinking,” will experience a complete Design Thinking Cycle and develop an understanding of Design Thinking with tools on how to apply it to their business. 
 
Design Thinking is a human-centered, prototype-driven approach to enhance your ability to solve complex problems. In his Advanced Programs role, Lohrding and his team apply Design Thinking methodology to help Logic PD customers find creative solutions to difficult issues and test the viability of new technology through design sprints.
 
The Advanced Programs team at Logic PD develops innovative solutions for the Internet of Everything. Through the creation of Minimum Viable Products, we are able to collect the most valuable information about users and applications and leverage this learning to help customers make better decisions earlier in the process. 
 
About the Speaker
Brad Lohrding has nearly 25 years of experience designing and delivering products and strategies in healthcare, medical, consumer electronics, telecommunications, digital consulting and automotive industries. Prior to joining Logic PD in 2002, Brad worked for Motorola, Sapient and Volvo. He was responsible for designing mobile phones for global markets, and for introducing ethnographic research and rapid interface prototyping techniques at the Volvo Concept Center. Brad earned an M.S. in Product Design from Stanford University and a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of New Mexico. He holds 26 U.S. patents, and his work has won various design awards and been featured in numerous international publications.
