TWI Participates in International Supply Chain Workshop

Zug, Switzerland – TWI senior leadership provided insight to industry peers at the 2nd annual workshop for Acquisition and Integration for Supply Chain Leaders. Held 21-22 November in Amsterdam, the event was sponsored in conjunction with Beyond the Deal and Thought Leader Global with industry participation from global brands and niche market players.

During their presentation, TWI’s Patrick Malcor (CEO) and Jake Frazer (COO) provided an overview of recent experience executing acquisitions and establishing supply chains in emerging markets. The key take away from the event is that imposing global standards on local, emerging markets carries tradeoffs in terms of risks and rewards. A focus on compliance and ethics is clearly a critical issue which is one of the foundations of TWI’s organizational culture.
